Spinosads, Spinosyns, Spinetorams
Spinosyns are a broad family of compounds produced by the bacterial species Saccharopolyspora spinosa. Spinetorams are semisynthetic derivatives of S. Spinosa, produced through fermentation. Spinosads are the commercial pesticide mixtures of Spinetorams, commonly containing Spinosyn A and Spinosyn D.
