Refunds and Return Policy

Overview

Reference standards are ineligible for return as they cannot be returned to stock. This is necessary for full accountability and traceability of the reference standards. 

If there is an issue with a product, please document and contact us within 72 hours of receipt. Product issues that qualify for refund may include but are not limited to: damaged container, exposure of contents to moisture, or incorrect labeling or certification.

Refunds

Once Planta Analytica reviews the refund claim, we may request you to return the item, in which case we will provide a paid shipping label. In the event that the condition of the item clearly shows that there was a handling or shipping related error, Planta Analytica will issue a refund. 

If the item is requested to be shipped to Planta Analytica for review, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@plantaanalytica.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@plantaanalytica.com to initiate a refund or exchange.

If the Planta Analytica has requested you to return the item, please use the original shipping box. Planta Analytica will provide you with a shipping label for return shipment.
